As many of you know, my strong desire to make a difference and passion for health has led me to want to educate others about achieving a life of wellness they could never find at the bottom of a pill bottle. The grocery store is my pharmacy and the world and all its joys are my hospital. Doctors are trained to treat symptoms and prescribe medicine, health coaches are trained to look at a person as a whole and treat the core issues/root of the problem. Health Coaching is a ripple effect that I hope one day will change how the world approaches "healing" and how people view their lifestyles, relationships and food choices in relation to that healing. #rippleeffect #bethechange #IIN
