As many of you know, the WSDC meeting was today, and they spoke regarding policy around nontradtional dance roles in the standard J&Js. Unfortunately, I was not at the meeting, so I have very little info to provide, but I figured I would set this as the post to make updates. from what i read on the previous thread: - they seem to have decided to allow it, but everyone must compete at their highest achieved level? (ie, an adv lead must dance as an adv follow if they shift over).... oh boy, thats a can of worms... - they had one vote, but are going back to discuss again, reclarify? clarifications, discussion, information from those who attended would be helpful. lets figure out what the ramifications are, and what can be done. WE are all part of this process, and we can help with ideas of how to move forward and adapt.
