As much as I hate to post this, We are finding it a necessity. Please like or comment on this post so that I know our members are reading it. It has come to my attention that we are having two problems that I know we can all resolve together. 1st, If you post that you would like to purchase an item listed and the seller sends you an invoice or payment arrangements have been made, please make sure you are paying for the item promptly. Many of our sellers only have a quantity of one and when you fail to pay you are essentially holding up the sellers ability to sell their item. However, regardless of quantity. If you say you will buy an item please be the upstanding member that we know you are and follow through. Most of our members are at home baking businesses and you wouldnt want to go out and purchase your ingredients, bake your cake or cookies only to be ignored when it came time for your customer to pay. Please be respectful and pay for the items you said you would like to purchase. Our rules state payment within 24 hours unless other arrangements are made. Anyone that continuously requests to purchase items yet fails to pay will be removed from the group. Its the right thing to do so please pay your seller. 2nd. If a member posts that they would like to purchase an item. Please respond. Please do not post items for sale then fail to come back for a week or two or worse. Again, many of our members are at home baking businesses and need their items in a timely manner. Be responsive, make payment arrangements within 12 hours of their request and ship in a timely manner. Any seller failing to respond to members by not invoicing them or arranging payments in a timely manner or failing to ship their items out in a timely manner after a member has paid for an item, will be removed. The message here is COMMUNICATE AND FOLLOW THROUGH with what you say you will do. Thanks, BBSTP Admins.
