As much as I love breakthroughs and growth, getting out of your comfort zone is just that: uncomfortable. I used to run back to the comfort of the familiar as soon as I would feel myself stretch and grow. The result was always the same; more of the old, yet familiar, yucky feeling life. More stagnation. Constantly feeling restless, irritable, discontented. Thankfully, Ive been so blessed to have been shown another way. A way to grow, develop, and step into whats possible. It is FAR from comfortable. Its awkward and weird, and feels like spiritual puberty, but now that I know this other way, there is no going back. A mind that has been expanded can never return to its former state. So, Ill lean into the uncomfortability. After all, fear is just a choice.
