As much as I think every home should have a dog, there are some circumstances where this just isnt practical. Before you bring that cute little bundle of joy into your life, think hard - a DOG is a lifetime responsibility. If you know your life is going to change dramatically, will the dog still fit your lifestyle? Are you REALLY ready to make that commitment-dogs cost money and take time (if youre doing it right anyway.) There are the vaccinations, the accidents/illnesses, and you need to take the time to TRAIN your dog-that can mean doggie classes, which arent cheap.
