As much fancy shit as I see in the fitness industry, wouldnt it be - TopicsExpress

As much fancy shit as I see in the fitness industry, wouldnt it be logical that someone would institute some effective transverse rotation in their programs? I mean if you can do backflips, iron crosses, clean and jerks with heavy weight, weighted dips with chains on you, shouldnt a transverse plane exercise at a basic level come standard? From my personal experience working with people in my career, there was nothing more difficult than teaching a person how to rotate their body and make it look right. Coincidentally, I see people putting up their prs, their impressive complex moves along with almost every feat of strength in the sagittal plane. If you are a fitness professional that deals with human bodies, how can you really say youre doing the people you train justice if youre indeed keeping them stuck in the 2nd dimension? This isnt just for crossfit either, this is for everyone. Also, in case anyone else wants to complain about me bringing up a HUGE negligence by exercise specialists, I left a video link on how to start instituting rotation. All things said, this train of thought is starting to catch on and people have been embracing it. To all those who arent, take this post as a seed for potential growth, not as an attack on your identity. The point? IF YOU DO NOT PRIORITIZE MOVEMENT IN ACCORDANCE TO WHAT PEOPLE DO MOST, WHAT U DO IS NOT FUNCTIONAL. https://youtube/watch?v=HkKJyvsdRyE
