As much time as I am spending on re building my squat and lunge patterns I am spending an equal amount of time on my gait. First walking and now, the baby steps of running. I am moving into running in place and this form and approach is what I am using. I used to be a very bouncy athlete and could touch the rim of a basketball hoop no problem and loved to sprint and bounce.
