As of today, the following Gambari: Nuhu Ribadu; Ali Modu Sheriff; Attahiru Bafarawa; Ibrahim Shekarau and others have left the APC (a vehicle for Gambari Presidency) to support the PDP (a vehicle for Ijaw presidency). They are openly against Gambari Presidency even as members of the Hausa/Fulani ethnic nationality. Are we going to call Hausa/Fulani betrayals because of their actions? I have raised the awareness here that the Yoruba are not betrayals. Intimidation, harassment and outright threat to life and property by the presidency of Nigeria on an individual or a group of people are enough to turn an Omoluabi into a betrayal. The Yoruba who betrayed Awolowo and Abiola were intimidated, harassed and threatened. The Hausa/Fulani openly against Gambari Presidency and supporting Ijaw presidency are not betraying the collective goods of the so called North. Power has since changes hand. The Ijaw people are the new slave masters of Nigeria. Gambari have had their day. It is now left for the Yoruba to take advantage of the current situation and declare for Oduduwa Republic.
