As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, Novotel Kota Kinabalu 1Borneo is organising a free health talk for the public in conjunction with Planet 21 anniversary in April. The “Love Your Body” health talk will be represented by Wynnie Jong, a qualified Metabolic Weight Management Coach who specializes in metabolic weight management, simplified detox program, healthy habits for living, personalized fitness regimes and health workshops. Some of the topics that will be presented during this event are Understanding Acidic and Alkaline Food, Digestive System – Detox! and Workout Anywhere, Anytime!. The talk will be organized on 15th April 2014 from 9:30am to 12:30pm at the hotel. Registration is on a first come first serve basis as space is limited. Several other activities are also lined-up in conjunction with Planet 21’s anniversary this year in April such as Charity Bazaar on 6th April, Books & Toys Donation Drive, healthy food promotion at The Square restaurant and Mount Kinabalu Charity Expedition from 18th to 23rd April 2014. The Planet 21 program strategy encapsulates the seven strong pillars of Health, Nature. Carbon, Innovation, Local, Employment and Dialogue that protects our planet, people and ecosystem.
