As pastor of LifeSprings, I wanted to take this opportunity to honor Dr. Frank Tunstall and his wife Lu. They have served the Heartland Conference for the past 8 years with excellence! Pastor Frank has been a mentor and encourager to me many times during my pastorate in Ponca City. Our church has been blessed to host him many times in the last 5 years and we were always strengthened. He gave his full blessing to me when I was credentialed with the IPHC. His footprints and fingerprints are all over the Heartland conference. Many of these can be seen on the grounds of the conference headquarters. His legacy reaches to our future. We send our love and appreciation to Pastor Frank and Sister Lu , and know that there are many years of fruitful ministry ahead of you!
