As per my limited knowledge of business, each shareholder gets share of profits as per his number of shares. Then why do the promotors wish to run them and face all the problems associated with the enterprise. It is obviously not for the obscene salaries that they draw form the enterprise. It is to take 100% of income that the enterprise earns but does not get mentioned in the books of accounts. Is this behavior very dissimilar from the actions of politicians who get the controlling rights of various activities undertaken by the government? No, not very different. Point to ponder.
