As promised, I came back to visit Jb with his red robot and other medical supplies. Together with this is a good news that he will be given assistance regarding his health. Though he is unable to completely move due to his illness, his smile is enough proof of his gratitude and happiness. It breaks my heart that this boy is deprived of medical services that the government guarantees to be always within the reach of the public. Action is the fundamental key to success. The constitution provides that there shall be priority for the needs of the under-privileged, sick, elderly, disabled, women, and children. The State shall endeavor to provide free medical care to paupers. The government, more so public officials should always be ready to help people who are most in need especially if life is at stake and time is of the essence. Enough with words as we are now expected to put into actions what we’ve been trying to say repeatedly to the public so as to put us in public office. This is the most convenient time to prove that we will do everything for everybody’s sake, that we are true enough with our words that we are here as public servants doing nothing else but serve. With the joint effort of yours truly, our beloved and very dedicated Cong. Fernando Gonzales and all kind- hearted people who responded immediately to the condition of JB, he will be given medical assistance as soon as possible. Also, a friend who is a physician promised to give medical assistance to him. Now, he is still in need of a wheelchair and other medical supplies or anything that will make him comfortable as he is unable to move. And so, Im appealing once again to every kind- hearted people. Your response since the day I posted about JB is overwhelming and I can’t thank you enough for the concern and help you have extended. Because of each and every of us, we put back the life of a hopeful boy. A boy full of hope that someday he will be able to give his family a decent home and a comfortable life.
