As promised an update on the fishing conditions on Chesil. This video was taken just before 2pm (Saturday) the worst of the wind has passed and the wind will continue to drop off. At the moment it is unfishable but in less than two hours I think it will be just fishable with care. The surf run off is about 30yds so if you are going to struggle to hit 60yds in this wind then stay at home and wait until tomorrow when it will be a lot more settled. I will be going out for a go in a little bit, if I can get some one to go with me as it will be too risky to fish on my own
