As promised, and thanks to AP, GETTY IMAGES, and HQ CELEBS PICS, we now have official images from behind-the-scenes of LONDON FIELDS featuring Jim Sturgess, Billy Bob Thornton, and Amber Heard. Directed by Mathew Cullen, London Fields is set in London in 1999 against a backdrop of environmental, social and moral degradation, and the looming threat of world instability and nuclear war. It centers on clairvoyant “murderee” Nicola Six (Heard), who plans to document her own imminent departure from this mortal coil with the help of a terminally ill American with writer’s block (Thornton). Sturgess plays the key character of Keith Talent, a petty criminal, occasional illegal minicab driver, and wannabe darts champion who may or may not be her eventual killer. London Fields also features Theo James and Jaimie Alexander and is set for release in 2014.
