As promised, heres the circuit I used tonight to burn my legs out. Back squats, high knees, front squats, kettlebell swings. I went for low weight and high reps (this was at the end of my workout so even an empty bar felt like a refrigerator to me) but you can implement this circuit with any weight or rep scheme into your next leg day! I did it 4 times through. This combo is a killah!!! (And mmmbop because why not) Enjoy.
