As sad as this scene was, this was not rape. I am very tired of people throwing rape around to describe things that ARE NOT rape. If a man got his arm cut off by someone, they wouldnt use rape to describe it, but yet they use it whenever a woman is rendered vulnerable, or even worse and slightly off topic, gamers who say Dude that boss totally raped me STOP throwing that word around. Yes, her wings got cut off, but she got those wings back. Children who are raped and molested will NEVER get their childhood back, she healed, you NEVER fully recover from being raped. Im so sick of media, news, friends, and people saying this, or putting it into a movie/story as a plot device. I dont care how many people get angry over this. This was NOT easy to write and I wont be delving into why this upsets me because frankly I dont know 75% of you well enough to elaborate on my life story but trust me, its a very sensitive topic.
