As season 2 of Enterprise comes to an end I am just blown away again. Season 1 was no fluke as the season ends with a great Cliff hanger with The Expanse. Not only a kick-ass battle with The Klingons but I cant wait to go into season 3. The season did have some bumps, there was the very silly A Night in Sickbay (but I will maintain I much prefer the cuteness of Porthos to the sickeningly sweetness of Naomi Wildman and the Borg Babies on Voyager), and the infamous Future Tense (which as a Whovian I went into great detail my objection to in a previous post and will not regal you with again). But other than those episodes Season 2 again was awash with the best Star Trek science fiction writing outside of The Original Series. Highlights include: Carbon Creek, Dead Stop, The Seventh, The Catwalk, Dawn, Stigma (Amazing), Judgement, Regeneration (Favorite of the season) and the aforementioned The Expanse. Going into season 3 with great excitement.
