As some contestants did not surrender, it was decided to change to a fierce haughty black horse to let the contestants ride. All the other contestants were thrown down to the ground by the horse. Even the most well-known horseman, prince Aniruddha was also thrown down to the ground. When it was prince Siddarja’s turn to mount, he approached the horse and softly patted the horse’s body in each side, rubbing the horse’s nose and murmuring a few words to the animal. Suddenly, the mostly fierce horse calmed down to let prince mount on its back and obediently followed the prince’s instructions. Every person agreed that the prince was the best among all the contests and King Suppabuddha decided to marry his beautiful daughter, princess Yasodhara, to the prince. King Suddhodana was in charge of the wedding ceremony for prince Siddharha to marry princess Yasodhara. The King ordered the girls who could sing and dance did all the entertainment to amuse the prince. In addition to this, the King ordered the construction of high walls around the palace in order not to let the prince leave. But, the prince who lived in the palace was not happy, instead he desired to see the outside all the time.67
