As some of you may know, people have been raising awareness for ALS by doing the Ice Bucket Challenge. ALS is a very serious disease and they need donations to help to find a cure or even a way to prevent it. The challenge consists of dumping a bucket of ice water on your head and nominating 3 of your friends. If you dont do the challenge, you are supposed to donate money to the ALS charity of your choice. I have nominated all of you to help spread the awareness over seas and spread the word.
