As somebody who takes MUNI or rides a bike to work everyday, I know firsthand the transit challenges facing San Francisco and the frustrations they can cause. One of my top priorities for the State Assembly is to fight for resources from Sacramento that weve lost to help improve our Citys transportation infrastructure. To highlight my transportation agenda, I joined the Chiu Crew yesterday morning to chat with passing cyclists about what I want to do to fix our streets and prioritize creating more bike lanes to help improve their commute. Later in the day I had the chance to speak with bus passengers about their daily MUNI experiences, whats working on our Citys buses and light rail, and what our state government can do to make it better.
