As someone who has been doing this for a long time, 25+ years, I will advise you too plan for your future. While I was living and loving life I never considered the fact that I would live this long. Now I find my life becoming more complicated an difficult. My options are highly limited. The prognosis in 1989 was 80% over 5 years. I never imagined that I would be here 25 years later trying to survive. My health is still better then most men my age but life itself has become quite challenging. Make sure not to forget that future is uncertain so plan ahead.
