As soon as I FINALLY, EVENTUALLY get my 3 to 4 day time frame - TopicsExpress

As soon as I FINALLY, EVENTUALLY get my 3 to 4 day time frame insurance claim job on my ceiling finished, which began LAST FRIGGEN MARCH, like nearly EIGHT MONTHS AGO and STILL not totally completed, despite promise after promise after promise after promise FRIGGEN promise that someone will KEEP a planned schedule time, turn up when they say they will, but DONT! I will DUMP AP** Insurance like a tonne of hot bricks. Talk about buck passing and AP**s sub contractors buck passing, a so called supervisor who seems to be their One and ONLY supervisor in the whole damn country and almost NEVER seems to be in Adelaide. ( If they employ a second supervisor, Ive certainly never seen him, heard of him, heard from him or know if one even exists.) Couple of times someone has turned up un -announced when something else needed to be done first so they leave and we dont see them again until we ring up and complain to AP** who immediately answer with Oh well contact our Sub contracting company for you AGAIN...and tell them. I then wait for another week or more to hear from someone and heaven help me if I happen to miss a call from them,.. they wont under any circumstance keep trying until they reach me but instead will leave a note for AP** that we couldnt be contacted, and thats the end of it.... On and on and on this bullshit goes and I am FED up with the lot of them. Ive told them now twice, Just send me a fair figure cheque amount and I will get the final bits done myself. I have five different policies with this mob and as SOON as I have this current crap finalized, I will instantly pull every policy away from them and never touch them again. In some sort of fairness it may NOT be the insurance company themselves directly at fault but it CERTAINLY is the sub-contracting firm that they use to do a lot of their work. Problem seems to be that this sub contracting firm seems to re-sub the work out a second time to individual contractors so who ends up copping the flack and bullshit when things stuff up, (Isnt that a nice play on a phrase) but the innocent client who makes the monthly insurance premiums. For as long as AP** choose to stay with this inept subcontracting mob, the more clients that are potentially going to be pissed off with them. Okay, ranting time finished. Ill remove my ass from my soapbox.
