An Bruno Heller (HBO Rome and CBS The Mentalist) the show runner for Gotham has stated that the first season is very much about the rise of Penguin, an there will be a reference to the Joker in every episode. My most anticipated drama was FOX Hieroglyphics but since FOX and all of their wisdom cancelled the show before it premiered, so now its FOX Backstrom Backstrom is from the creator of Bones and The Finder Hart Hanson and stars Rainn Wilson (NBC The Office) as the title role.
