Mothers these days are busy, we multitask from keeping a household and/or being a career woman, attending school events, being disciplers as weve all been called to be..... We are always on the go and its amazing how we sometimes find the energy to accomplish all the hectic schedule! But it gets to a stage that our bodies desire to rest because we can not cheat nature and so we become tired If you are like most moms and you find that your spiritual and physical energy levels is dragging, I think this will come in handy as it did to me when my sister from another mum sent it to me.
