As the MLM Ambassador, my number one goal and challenge in Network Marketing is to bring ethics to the forefront of our profession. Too many individuals out there throughout our industry, are playing too much of the Me Card. Me first in everything I do. YES, it your business, YES, its your future, however work the business outside the circle of yourself. The perception in our profession is very low. And as long as we allow individuals to run their businesses with no accountability whatsoever, our industry will collapse. That goes for companies as well. It breaks my heart to see wonderful people get hurt. Where they often get orphaned and then through manipulation (which others refer to as strategy), they are pulled to then next venture to be hurt once again. The truth is … I will make enemies along my journey. I will step on toes and I will do my best to keep people from getting hurt in a profession in which they can honestly strive forward and win with. Am I always right. Heck no ! I am learning to hit the curve ball just like everyone else. YES, absolutely, yet my eyes and ears are wide open to see how manipulation is rampant in an profession in which I love. I guess that is why I have not made a financial killing in this profession to date. Dont get me wrong, I desire to, however everything has to be aligned perfectly for that to happen. I am still waiting for the moment, to where I can step out and without hesitation share a powerful story in which you can look in my eyes and know deep down how much I believe in what I am saying. Along the way, we cant control how a company is assembled, but what we can do is perform our business with integrity and honor as we decide which direction to go. For me, I am still in Kannaway. My heart is still with the message and I truly desire to watch Kannaway grow tremendously. For now, I am not building a downline, I am watching as the company improves their foundation. To execute their vision. In my playbook, there is no Plan B, simply because I am loyal to what I have chosen. And here is the WORD. I dont care if you find me a whiner, a complainer, a reporter, a snitch or anything else, because at the end of the day, if I am protecting someones hard earned investment, their unspoken voice or their sense of failure … I will be happy to step up and call out what needs to change, in order for others to have a fighting chance.
