As the big brother of a BLACK 21 year old young man and a set of BLACK 12 year old twins and the adopted big brother of many young BLACK boys, teenagers and other young guys who look to me for advice, guidance and help I fear daily for their safety and not even so much from the people in the streets as the people sworn to protect and serve our streets. WHITE cops do not see the value in the lives of young black men! So that I can sleep at night I think that it is time for myself and other RESPONSIBLE educated BLACK men to get together and teach these BLACK boys on how not to only survive these streets but survive the police who stalk the streets murdering the unarmed and defenseless solely because they are black. Its sad but we need to teach them that there is in fact a double standard! -They need to know how to deal with the police when they get pulled over - What do do when police are harassing you - How to hold your hands so that they wont accuse you of having a gun and murder them in the streets. - How not to have to many other black boys in the car as to not be profiled The list goes on...Its time for RESPONSIBLE BLACK MEN to step up so that we can ensure the futures of our brothers, sons, nephews, cousins etc. Inbox me if your in so that we can organize something IMMEDIATELY!
