As the days go by, my hatred towards TV9 is increasing by leaps and bounds!!!!!!! The way they are reporting on the conditions and aftermath of HUDHUD makes me sick, and it is sucking my patience. No doubt aftermath of a cyclone is challenging., frightening and taxing..... Vizag is a rich city, rich people who store rations for weeks, water and all in their fridgedires...eating nutritious food all the while amassing wealth more than necessary for generations to come....an inconvenience for few days few days is being shown as a natural calamity!!!!! Everybody in the city are educated, they know cyclone is going to lash with high velocity winds....power will invariably go, power goes, everything goes...petrol goes....these people come on to the road after cyclone is gone with notes in hands and create scenes of not getting milk for 100rs half litre....who create scene for not getting gas......I am worried about families with babies an kids and this generation does not know about living with limitation and small inconvenience is blown out of proportion, and these guys seldom know what is sacrifice!!!!!!!!!! If it is to exaggerate the misfortune to ask more from modi, it may be acceptable, but modi is a gujarathi and I am sure he can not be fooled by TV9 reports. Does anybody go into the slums where everyday situation is like the aftermath of a cyclone? Do you know how difficult is it for a homeless people to stay in rain, or cyclone? We are having comfortable flats, cooking gas is there, money is there, most of us have accumulated fat in our bodies by which we can survive weeks together without taking anything... but can not withstand three days of inconvenience and tv9 exaggerates.... it praises the government for calling enough disaster personnel but says they could not help many...and what purpose they are brought in by flights when they can not go in help..... Onions are selling 30 rs instead of normal 16rs.....it shows a scene in the vegetable markets operated by farmers ...customers arguing and threatening the farmers.... People who can not have milk for three days and what happens to people who can not have milk at all.....? it says the windows of the flats are broken......TV9 glorifies the problem of Vizag city people....Any cyclone that hits will have these consequences....TV9 praises the government....what did the government do....All the TV channels relentlessly educated the people ....and it is not the government.....the credit goes to Channels and the weather department who gave forecasts about the cyclone and its movement....what exactly they did....do the government not know that the electricity will be gone?what arrangements did they do? Do they not know that cell towers will fall ....if that happens what did the government do in anticipation?....Do they not know that water, milk and food shortage will exist in the after maths....what did they do......? Do they not know that it will take time to bring back normalcy....how did they plan their activities...do they have planning? If they have planning, why the hell CBN has to come to vizag? There is a clear lack of planning for the aftermath......and TV9 praises..... With incessant rain forecast, do they not know that Vamsadhara and Nagavali will be inundating and flood water will enter the villages?....what did the government do? I am not a political enemy of CBN but am in the process of becoming an enemy of TV9.!!! For keen observers, it is easy to realise the conscious misleading TV9 is trying to offer to CBN for the benefits they had from CBN while he was in power, not to think of the caste angles....they went on and on and that irritated KCR so much so that he took the final decision and 300 journalists are suffering!!!!!! being a person who experienced the great 1977 cyclone without any warning or guidance from anybody, i understand what a cyclone is!!!!!1In 1977, there was night all through the previous night, we went to the school, the rain and winds increased, the school said go back, despite that we played in the shed, as it is increasing, we returned back to home in winds with 150-200 kmph speeds, where trees were falling, iron sheets are floating, there is continuous down pour...there is no light...electricity, difficult to cook as all forewood was drenched...As soon as we came out of the shed, the shed collapsed....the tiles of our house are floating freely in the air, the coconut trees have fallen....nobody came to our rescue...entire villages wiped out and 2 lakh people killed..... media can not have hidden agenda in their reporting....they can not fool all the people all the time..... My favourite author oliver Goldsmith says The slightest misfortune of the rich are aggravated ....the TV9 is precisely doing that and not only that it changes umberellas for different sunshine to suit their convenience...... please share this with your friends.....
