Diary of a Clogged Air Handler: I’m going to sneeze….. I can’t believe this lady walks by me every day and doesn’t see the bulge in my door. Yak, yak, yak. On the phone constantly. I’ve been trying to get her attention. I’m running longer than usual because my filter is clogged. My coil aches…… I think I got that line from her. Every time her husband comes home she says something like “My Coil Aches” honey I just don’t feel like it. Let me tell her something. I don’t feel like it either. I’m tired of trying to keep them cool when they don’t even recognize how hard I’m working. No appreciation from these humans. None,….. what…..so…….ever. All I really need is a new filter and my coil cleaned. Do they ever think about anyone else but themselves? Let me tell you, he really needs to get some new boxers if he ever expects her to be interested in him. Hey mister, your boxers are all worn out. I think I get more attention from the cat rubbing my louvered door than he does from her. What is it with cats anyway. Why must they shed so much. Have you seen the hair floating through the air? Argh…… gag,……. cough,……. hack. Oh my….. What to do. Maybe an e-mail, tweet or text might get their attention, but I’m not very dexterous. Actually, I’m not at all. I really depend on them to take care of me. Oh, that’s a comforting thought. Maybe if I shoved the maintenance card from Greens Energy Services out my louvered door theyd get the hint.
