As the new year begins, it seems impossible that my favorite person isnt beside me. I am having a hard time closing this page and feel that our family may have the desire/need to post from time to time, so if you would rather not get those posts, please feel free to adjust your settings as you wish. Before you do, I pray that you know how much your thoughts and prayers have meant to us. Rick loved to hear the messages you shared and we were all encouraged by your loving, caring words. He was a man of prayer - and even those days when he wasnt communicating a lot with us, I know he was constantly praying for us and each one of you. One prayer he shared with me, was that our understanding of how big God is - and our faith in Him - would grow deeper as we learned to trust. May we live each day of this new year purposely loving more, doing our part to keep relationships healthy, and trusting that no matter what tomorrow holds on this earth our Heavenly Father will hold us and lift us through it. Our family doesnt just hope thats true, we know it is. God bless and keep you as you begin the journey into 2015
