As the sun began to sink into the sea, the soldiers began to gather at the secret beach house of major ngonadi. Uzor had placed officers dressed in mufti there for over three days, just to be sure there are no traitors in the plot. The soldiers all came in one by one and by the eighteenth hour they were all in there. Since most officers in the army agreed to oust the government there was hardly any way the plot could leak. They started the meeting debating on how to neutralize and get armored tanks from the brigade of guards in Abuja, how to silence third army group without much of a fight, how to neutralize Lagos and how to capture the president and all the governors. Then other simpler things were discussed like how to capture all army signals units and how to overrun National Broadcasting Commission. They planned all these meticulously and based on the fact that it is a strong group in the army versus the civilian government it was a no contest, unless the president acts fast and use his powers before H-Hour.
