As the world was busy watching in IPL if Veer won or Zaara won, I was in debate on insatiable topic with my Landlord who belongs to a country which was represented by Zaara in the movie. I will refrain to use countrys name which Zaara and Veer belonged, instead will symbolize them as the representatives of their respective nations. Because I believe the stamp of country where we both belong is a major creation of hatred and bias among the few of us. It always concludes, we are Human of same god divided by differences created by people whom we dont know or have never met for. What Zaaras country is facing is similar to what Veers motherland is facing. Be it Veer or Zaara or so called secularism.The communal point of view has always been speculated by people who have different vested interests in the enmity. Their are tons of love stories between Veers and Zaaras but the line of enmity created by few has been so strong that it has divided the hearts of many. The stories and act of kindness between Veer and Zaara has been overpowered by the act of hatred by few misguided.Veer thinks that Zaaras country is more aggressive, while Zaara thinks the contrary. But at one point they both agree that Yes, Love has been overpowered and misguided by radicalism. Veer and Zaara has same colored blood running towards them both have one heart and it pumps not just blood but emotions. It pumps not just love but hatred. Just to make a point both are not different, Veer and Zaara today ate from same plate, shared same moments of joy and happiness with each other as if both knew each other since eternity. Then what has divided both of them. Are the thoughts of past still ruling our present destroying our future, may be. If the world moved forward, Germany forgetting what America did it to them in 1945, Japan forgetting what America did to Japan in 1945, then why is Zaara and Veer toiled up in 1947,1965,1971,1999 and still. Why cant Veer and Zaara move on and be one. In the end of IPL match, May Veer have won and Zaara lost for now. But for today both Veer and Zaara have lost and will be loosing on till they both accept each other to be one. You can put me and my landlord as Veer and Zaara of respective country or you can symbolize the actor and actress, no matter what you put in. Be it male/female character for Veer or similar for Zaara, the body does not matter unless the spirit is able to accept both equally.!! #UTdeduces#
