As the year draws to a close, I wanted to reflect on 2014. Ive been lucky to have been trusted with some serious cases. This year, I was trusted again with the representation of a man charged with murder. His life is literally in my hands. Its an awesome responsibility. Also this year, Ive been trusted to represent two individuals charged with manslaughter after car accidents on our highways that led to the death of others. Tragic cases for everyone involved. After 3 young woman were murdered last year, I was called on again to represent two of the grieving families against the apartment buildings and management companies in a wrongful death claim. Im fighting for a principal against the Department of Education to get his license to educate the youth in our state. This year, I also filed two lawsuits against the federal government after it denied my clients an opportunity to earn a living in the food stamp program. I also fought and received hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlements for employees who were wrongfully terminated and car accident victims who were hurt by someones negligence. This year I had to defend a federal lawsuit against my client who is a former NFL and TV analyst in federal court against the famed Gloria Allred. I represented my client, a nurse, in federal court in a hearing for an employment lawsuit. She died last year, but her lawsuit survives as I try to bring honor and compensation to her family. I was honored by Super Lawyers as a rising star. And I saved scores of young men and women years in prison and convictions. Im not yet the best lawyer in the state, but Im working every year one client at a time so that you would consider trusting me when everything is on the line. Thank you for making this year special for me. Im living my dreams.
