As the year ends, it saddens me that nationally our police officers are being criticized and painted with a wide brush unnecessarily. Yes there are those in this profession that dont need to be and we as law enforcement agencies try our hardest to get them removed, but 99 % of those in law enforcement are dedicated to our citizens and our community. Remember in your hearts the 118 law enforcement officers killed this year and pray for their families left behind. I hope and pray for a better year in 2015 for law enforcement and as always I am grateful for the support we as police officers receive from our citizens in Wichita Falls. Thank you it means a lot.
