As we all endure this journey that they call life, we all have our ups and downs!! The last couple years I have had way more downs than ups but today Im happy to report that since July 15th I have challenged myself to becoming a new me however the only difference people are going to see if the outside because the inside Mike Post will never change!!! I have had some challenging days along the way but after receiving this award today as showing that I have accomplished one of just the many goals that I have in life yet to achieve!!! I have lost a total of 106 pounds I had went to my weigh in this morning thinking and I can hit 100 pounds maybe in Two to three more weeks I was 11lbs shy and when I stepped on the scale and saw that I had lost 16 pounds since last Tuesday that was a huge huge accomplishment for me!!! I would like to thank all of my awesome friends and family for all the continued support that you each and everyone of you give me day in and day out you all truly let me know who cares and whos by my side!!! A HUGE thank you goes out to Kevin and Jessica Conant, cause there is no way that any of this would be possible if it werent for their hard work and patience to put up with me and their willingness to help me out and help me succeed and I cannot thank them enough for that!!! Thank you all!! Big Daddy loves you guys!! #lovinthelifechange
