I have been suffering from Derogation and criticism of my society. Because I am girl who has a dream since I was a child to study abroad. I tried as much as I can to be one of the top students in my country but I could not and I got 91% in high school. So I went to the Ministry of High Education and I tried hard to get a scholarship but unfortunately I was refused because I do not have any mediation. Therefore, I searched in the internet ,magazines, and every place I can get a scholarship; Nevertheless, I did not get it. All doors closed at me face as if I am nothing without mediation. As a result, I decided to study at Sanaa University. I applied but I was refused. It was like a shock to me, I felt as if all the world is against me. However, I did not fall and I decided to study to apply in the university again next year. But I applied in Thamar University. My parents refused strongly but after a strong insistence they accepted. Then I went to Thamar residence. So I was forced to bear the glances of our backward society that doesnt respect women. I did not care about people talk and I arrived to the end of the road after a horrible suffer, after a great injustice and Sorrow started from the residence, society, university, and my family. I graduated but my dream to study abroad is still in my mind and I can see it in front of my eyes. I decided to study Master Degree and PhD abroad but my father rejected the idea but I tried to persuade him, after so many tries he accepted but under one condition if I found a scholarship. Every one of my family laughed at me and they looked at me with strong contempt and Ironically. They believe that I will not get a scholarship whatever I tried but I believe that one day will come and my dream will be true. One day I will travel and complete my study abroad. Since this moment, I went to Embassies, internet websites, and Ministry of High Education. In one day, my friend and I submitted our papers at the Japanese Embassy, unfortunately they accepted my friend while I was rejected. I wondered why??? my luck is so bad . My sister said,” How can you achieve your impossible dream while you are an ordinary people from the public. Even your country that you belong to did not support you.” Up to now, I am still searching to get a scholarship and I will never give up. I will achieve my dream and I will approve to my society that woman can be better than man. I will show them who am I . Now, I point my massage, grave, dream, and ambitious to whom may has a heart, and mercy in it. To whom may develop my talent by giving me a scholarship to study Master Degree and PhD in Orthodontic. Please don’t steal my dream from me which were grown with me even if they were impossible.
