As we are gearing up for the holidays, our Ft. Worth client is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support the rush for the evening shift (1:30pm to 10:00pm). This is a temporary assignment with a pay rate of $10.50 per hour and is due to last through January 2015. The job duties include but are not limited to: • Taking inbound calls in a call center environment • Handle Sales, Returns, Complaints, Shipping, and General Information • Answer questions with orders, products, and polices • Handle any other customer service issues • Handle outbound calls with follow up and FedEx Job Requirements • Some Call Center Customer Service experience preferred • Ability to handle customer service issues and take orders • A pleasant voice over the telephone with clear diction and composure • Organized and detail-oriented • Polished and professional • Flexible with ability to multi-task on several projects in a fast-paced environment • Good verbal and written communication skills• Reliability and good attendance • Must be adept at problem solving with ability to work independently with minimum supervision Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
