As we are getting close to the eclipses and the Cardinal Grand Cross later this the month the energies are reviving up. this is causing some to feel uncomfortable, others to feel irritable and in extreme cases confrontational. The energy is increasing for everyone and it is speeding things up. Your thoughts are manifesting more quickly now, and if you have blocks or resistances the disease process can speed up as well. The main thing is to not resist but rather let go and trust. If you are having a tough time as of late try meditating. Call upon an Angel, or Spirit Guide, or simply call upon the presence of the Divine to be with you as part of your meditation practice and relax, let go of tensions and breathe through it. Ascension caused physical changes as well as emotional and obviously energetic ones. Its not always easy and for some can be downright scary. Youre going to be fine, I promise as long as you dont resist, breathe, trust and allow the energy to go through you. Its evolution. Its taking you to a good place.
