As we continue to look at venues for our ceremony & reception one question keeps coming to my mind. How does one justify spending $25,000 or more on one day that lasts about 8 hours? As a young couple our focus is saving up for our own place, paying bills, etc which is hard enough. All the things so many others who are also struggling to do. We want a special day and this would be the first actual wedding in my family but Ill be honest, because thats the kind of people we are. No way we can afford an extravagant wedding. Putting all that money towards a home that we can start our life in seems much more sensible. Thoughts, comments, advice? What do you think? Is it worth it? Walking down the aisle to be given away to the man that owns my heart and taking that step is so special & important to me but the money involved is just crazy! The soon to be Mrs. Piere ♡
