As we head into the new year, I want to take a moment to thank the Lean In community and all the women and men who have stood up for equality around the world this year. From JoAnna Mendoza, who is the first female Marine in her family, to the female engineers in Delhi who are fighting to get more women into computer science to Linda Brandt in Minnesota, whose Lean In Circle encouraged her to propose to her boyfriend, hearing your stories inspires me daily.
