As we say in German: Öfter mal was Neues ;) I was offered a job on Tenerife again: as a cook at Villa Dhanvantari (villadhanvantari). This is an ayurvedic healing and retreat place where I will be cooking for the guests. So this time I get the chance to cook healthy food (instead of just being vegan, which is not necessarily healthy if you fry everything in cheap vegetable oil as we do in the restaurant). Plus my colleagues there dont smoke or drink or engage in other kinds of intoxication, which was kind of difficult to tolerate in the restaurant. So once again I am saying bye bye Berlin... lets see how long it will last this time, as many of you know, I am not known for making lasting decisions :D But for sure I will have a nice winter time... leaving on the 15th of December. (I heard that Karl is taking bets how long I will keep the job this time... everyone who says more than 3 months gets a chance to visit me in spring (provided they were right ;) )
