As women we are told we need to be THAT GIRL. The one men write songs about. The one that elicits cat calls from construction workers. The one that guys fawn over and other women hate. And if you arent that girl? Youre worthless and you dont have value. You can make all the money you want, be as smart as a MENSA member, but you will never have it all. You will still be a second tier citizen after the girl that turns heads. But... You set that standard. YOU decide what has value and what doesnt, and if beauty isnt number one on your list, where it is on someone elses is irrelevant. Im going to let you in on a little secret, the super stunner were all supposed to look like isnt attractive because she looks a certain way, shes attractive because she OWNS IT. And if you own your strengths and carry yourself with pride, I promise you that no one will know the difference. Confidence can come from anywhere, from any attribute. Dont let your perceived aesthetic flaws get in the way of carrying yourself with pride. We all have something to be proud of; walk like it. - Meg
