"As you know, we have developed the strategy of Kazakhstan development until 2050 to become one of the 30 most developed countries in the world. To achieve this goal means not only to raise the GDP per capita, but also to develop the human potential, to raise the living standards. Nowadays there are all conditions necessary to accomplish this task. All necessary state programmes, including on the industry, innovations, employment, infrastructural development, education and health care, are adopted. Now it is important to ensure their efficient implementation and rational funding," said President Nursultant Nazarbayev at the working meeting in Kyzylorda, on Monday, September 23.
