As youngsters, our staple diet of Karnatic music included tapes of Mandolin Srinivas, Konnakudi Vaidyanathan, Nagavalli Nagaraj, Bombay Sisters etc. His rendering of Vatapi was heard over and over again and yet we continued to listen to it. Humble yet prodigious talent. Sad to see him go too soon. His case is also a pointer to the abuse of Dowry laws with matters going to the Supreme Court. Thank you for the music.
