Ashok D. 1 hour ago Joseph makes the process of selling a car easy. He is a fair gentleman and takes the time to make sure that you understand everything. He explained everything to us. One of our cars had previously been in an accident. He explained to us that the car would have a depreciated value as a result of this(20-30%). He checked our other car which we had purchased brand-new from a dealership. To our knowledge it had never been in an accident or repainted. He took measurements that showed that the car had been in accidents and that there was prior roof damage. This was surprising to say the least. Joseph took the time to inform me that it is often a practice that previously damaged cars are sold as new and that there is no record of the repair on car fax. As such, I was worried about a purchased that I was about to make the same day. It was a pre-owned vehicle. Joseph took the time to actually come with me to the dealership and inspect the car(what a relief it was to have a professional in theheck out the care before I bought it) In this day and age of people being extremely busy Joseph took the time to help us out to make sure that the purchase of our vehicle would be free from damage. The most interesting thing to note is that without somebody like him to guide us through the process, there is a high likelihood that when one purchases a car there maybe pre-existing damage that is not recorded on the car fax statement. This type of damage can significantly impact the value of the vehicle and in most cases would result in a buyer walking away from the deal. I can safely say that Joseph gave us a fair price for our vehicles, took time to explain everything to us, and went the extra mile to help us in our next vehicle purchase. It is a rare quality to find someone who is so knowledgeable, fair, and generous with his time. I would definitely recommend seeing Joseph if you need to sell a car.
