Asia Snowflake Group Sdn Bhd PLANT MANAGER Specialization: Food Technology/Nutritionist Type: Full Time Level: Manager Available: 1 Position(s) Job Description: Organize with third party consultants and authorities to obtain certifications (GMP / HALAL / HACCP) for the plant; and coordinate with contractors for overall continuous improvement at the plant Manage with Heads of Departments to achieve overall organizational objectives Preserve organizational culture & values, positive working relationship and morale within the plant Work with Director to set directions and implement processes to attain continuous improvement in all areas of including, but not limited to, safety, quality, new product, cost, productivity, setup and asset management Head up all departments in plant provides leadership to plan, schedule, organize and staff manufacturing and manufacturing support functions. Assures that all functions within the plant are properly staffed and coordinated, and that personnel are properly qualified, directed and trained to perform their responsibility at a high level Requirements: Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management and/or professional qualification Good command of Chinese Good command of English Good command of Bahasa Malaysia Others Great interpersonal skills, open and honest, analytical, attention to detail, well-organized, good & positive attitude and well-equipped with multi-tasking ability. Possess own transport and able to attend to emergencies at plant if needed. Working days: 5 days per week. Degree in Food Science, industrial management or related disciplines. More than 5 years experience in food production with managerial position. Experienced in implementation of HACCP / HALAL / GMP at plant. Proven track record of management and leadership ability, able to coach and facilitate teamwork and encourage staff development.
