Asian Games Updates Double joy today as Singapore wins 2 BRONZE medals today, 1 from #OurTeamSG wushu exponent, Tan Yan Ni and swimmer Tao Li. Yan Ni came in 3rd out of 13 competitors in the Womens Changquan with a score of 9.63. For the guys, Lee Tze Yuan and Samuel Tan came in 8th and 11th respectively in the Mens Taijiquan & Taijijian all round. Tze Yuan scored 18.96 while Samnuel had a score of 18.89. Over at the swimming pool, Tao Li clinched Singapores 5th BRONZE medal in the Womens 100m Butterfly Finals, with a timing of 59:08 secs. In the Finals of Mens 400m Freestyle, Danny Yeo finished 6th out of 8 competitors with a timing of 3:55.39mins. In Finals of Womens 4x200m Freestyle Relay, Lynette Lim, Amanda Lim, Quah Ting Wen and Rachel Tseng finished 5th out of 8 teams with a timing of 8:12.09mins. Bowling - In Finals of Mens Singles, Lim Chia Loong Justin, finished 38th out of 103 competitors with a score of 1183. Ng Chiew Pang finished 38th with a score of 1183. Muhd Jaris Goh finished 42nd with a score of 1180. Saw Hui-Xun Keith finished 44th with a score of 1176. Joel Tan finished 69th with a score of 1115. Javier Tan finished 78th with a score of 1091. Equestrian - Caroline Chew finished 14th out of 15 riders, in the Finals of Individual Dressage, with a score of 132.950. Fencing - In Round of 16 for Mens Epee Team, Khoo Zile Willie, Lim Wei Wen and Samson Lee lost 34-35 against KUW. They will not proceed to the Quarter-Finals. Gymnastics - Artistics Gymnastics, In the Finals of Womens Individual All-Round, Lim Heem Wei finished 14th out of 22 competitors with a score of 48.000 Gymnastics - Artistics Gymnastics, In Mens Individual All-Round Finals, Gan Zi Jie Gabriel finished 18th out of 23 competitors with a score of 76.025. Aizat Bin Muhammad Jufrie came in 21st with a score of 74.150 Hockey - In Mens Preliminary Round, Singapore lost to Bangladesh 1-2. They will be up against Japan on 25 September Waterpolo - In Womens Round Robin, Singapore lost 2-27 to Kazakhstan. They will be up against Japan tomorrow.
