Ask, Align & Allow ~ Sounds easy doesnt it? But when you are trying to align yourself with what you want to create and you are hanging on to stuff from your past that is creating resistance its pretty near impossible. That old stuff is sending out a frequency to the universe in your core signature vibration with all of the patterns, beliefs and feelings that you have not healed and cleared out yet. No matter how many times you affirm that you deserve health wealth and happiness, if in your core you feel unworthy then you are not energetically aligned and it wont come in. This is when people get fed up with Law of Attraction and they say it does not work, the truth is that they are working from their mind and they think that they are aligned but they are not.
