The only thing that distinguishes it, is its repetition and duration :it goes on repeatedly when I exit a store etc. and it goes on for years. A family goes back to their car which is has parked behind our car, at the exact same time. The woman who we see briefly and then is behind the mans surfboard had on a RED dress. Yesterday we walked on Pacific Street in Oceanside. As we went back to our car - the car behind us also had a family getting into their car at the exact same time we were going back to our car - with a little boy with a RED shirt. Every day for the past seven years when I go back to my car such things go on, a person in RED is walking by or a RED car or truck passes by or a first responder. You have to look fast at the beginning of the video because the woman in this video puts a sweater on the little boy with the RED shirt. Normal behavior is random and follows the laws of probability. Gang stalking behavior repeats/is repetitive. Again Im not accusing people of being Gang Stalkers. Im just sharing with you the pattern I have seen every day for the last seven years to provoke an Investigation into Government Gang Stalking.
