Asking teachers to support NEAP standardized testing without current cut scores; and return to percentile NEAP score reports, as in the past. But, that this ask is for NEAP to be the ONLY required test for the 50 states. NEAP as the Nations report card provides adequate data for legislatures to have base line of Nations scholastic achievement at minimum cost to the Nations educational budget. The huge money saved on testing can be used for schools libraries with materials and staffing standards of the school librarians profession association. Libraries not unnecessary testing!
