SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: -> Demonstrated track record of accomplishments as a Manager Quality Assurance and Process improvement and have knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools. -> Experience in Research and Development projects or working in R & D Department or Planning research process is added advantage over others. -> Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets technical procedures, governmental regulations, or other related documents, to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. -> Knowledge of using the innovative technologies. -> Ability to manage and recognize talent and skills needed for the job, to coach and develop people’s talent and skills & leadership behaviors -> Respond to new or changes in regulations on policies, specifications, procedures, quality, and implications where utilized in a range of finished product. -> Trouble shooting quality issues across the varied supply chains for ingredients, packaging, materials, and finished products supplied. -> Sound knowledge of HSE Policies, Procedures and Standards with experience on incident investigation, auditing and risk analysis with deep knowledge of HSE Management System. -> Implement Quality and Food Safety Initiatives including FSMS (SQF), HACCP and Sanitation procedures.
